Welcome to North East Media (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website
https://nemediagroup.com (the “Site”) or engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Services Provided
North East Media is a marketing agency that provides performance-based services to roofing companies, including but not limited to:
- Paid advertising campaign setup and management
- Lead generation through funnels and targeted ads
- Access to CRM and business automation tools
- Funnel and survey optimization
- Automated follow-up systems
- Performance tracking and reporting
2. Payment & Pricing Model
- Monthly fee: $997/month, billed in advance on a recurring basis. This pre-pays for up to 20 booked calls/appointments per month and covers the supporting infrastructure (funnels, tracking, automations, routing).
- Guarantee: If total delivered booked calls in a monthly period are fewer than 20, we refund $50 for each call missed below 20. Example: 8 delivered = 12 missed = $600 back. Refunds or invoice credits are issued within 7 business days after our month-end audit.
- Over-delivery: If we deliver more than 20 booked calls in a month, there is no additional monthly fee for that month. There is currently no cap on included booked calls.
- Success fee on closed jobs: In addition to the monthly fee, you agree to pay a success fee equal to 10% of the contract price (excluding taxes) for any roofing job that closes from an Agency-sourced lead within 90 days of the prospect’s first contact generated by us. The success fee is due within 14 days of your first customer payment for that job.
- Ad spend: You are responsible for all advertising spend. Ad platforms may bill you directly, or we may pass through ad charges with your prior written approval.
- Cancellation: Month-to-month service. You may cancel with 14 days’ written notice before your next billing date. Fees already paid are non-refundable except as provided in the Guarantee above.
- Counting summary: A “booked call/appointment” means a scheduled call or inspection on your calendar (or our tracked line) with date/time, valid contact information, and within your service area. Not counted: spam/fraud, duplicate leads within 30 days, wrong/out-of-service numbers, out-of-area contacts, or contacts that never respond to first-touch outreach. If a call/inspection was booked and confirmed, it counts as delivered even if a no-show occurs.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely business information
- Actively participate in onboarding and campaign setup
- Responsively handle incoming leads
- Report closed deals accurately for billing purposes
- Use all tools and data in accordance with applicable marketing laws
4. Intellectual Property
All funnels, ads, landing pages, automations, CRM setups, and proprietary systems created by North East Media are the sole intellectual property of North East Media. You may not copy, resell, distribute, or reuse any content or systems without our written permission.
5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee specific results. Performance is influenced by many factors outside our control, including your sales process, lead handling, and market conditions.
You acknowledge that marketing performance may vary and that North East Media is not liable for lost profits, missed leads, or business opportunities.
6. Modifications to Services or Terms
We may modify our services or these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of those changes.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
